The space Neighborhood Details - The home is situated in the the City of Dania Beach between Sterling Rd and Dania Beach Blvd, East of US1/Federal Hwy. Dania Beach Pier is a short 5 minute drive from the property. All of the primary Ft. Lauderdale beaches are within a 15min trip of the property really giving flexibility for experiencing all that is available in surrounding areas. Miami Beach is approximately 30 min drive. US1/Federal Hwy is directly around the corner of this home and any store, restaurant, or fast-food chain you would desire is located in close proximity of the home including Publix, Starbucks, Walgreens, Target, Home Depot, and many more excellent local establishments. Master Bedroom Details Features a King Bed with four pillows, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, 65" inch smart TV, a walk-in closet, laundry hamper and luggage rack, dresser, night tables with lamps and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 Features a Queen bed with four pillows, 55" inch smart TV, closet with a laundry hamper, dresser, nightstands with lamps, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 Features (2) Twin beds each with (2) pillows, 55" smart TV, closet with laundry hamper and pack and play for the little ones, underneath TV storage, and ceiling fan. Bathroom Details The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. This includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The second guest bathroom is shared among the two additional bedrooms and is found in the main hallway. This bathroom includes a tub, toilet, single sink. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplies. Two bath, hand and face towels will be provided per guest. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom will be provided. Bathmats will also be provided. Both bathrooms have a hair dryer included. Kitchen Details The kitchen includes brand new appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave. The kitchen also has a traditional coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The kitchen also is fully furnished with pots, pans, dish ware, silverware, knives, cutting boards, cooking utensils, baking sheets, baking trays, spice rack, oven mitten, dish towels, measuring cups, colander and more. Barstool seating also available which is shared with the primary entry way from dining room. A sponge, plenty of dish soap, 3 dish washer pods, 3 Large trash bags, 1 paper towel roll, and a throw away cleaning towel will be provided upon your stay. Living Room Details As pictured there is one main area for common living purposes. Upon entry you will experience a lounge ambience. Sofa bed in main living area with additional chair seating, 65" inch smart TV with apps including Netflix, HBO, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. Subscriptions to these streaming apps are not provided. Dining Area Details The dining area includes a glass dining table with seating for four. Backyard Details The entire backyard space is new. A real tropical oasis highlighting the heated pool, mini golf, and fire pit. The backyard also includes (2) large lounge chairs for sun-bathing, (2) pool lounge chairs, patio dining table with (6) chairs, and (2) outdoor sofas with comfy pillows and huge umbrella to use at your leisure. 8 beach/pool towels are provided for use. Garage Details In the garage you will also find 4 beach chairs along with carrying cases that you can take to the beaches with you. Also, there is a brand new highchair for the little ones stored here. Exterior Details There is exterior parking available for 2 cars in the driveway only. No street parking or parking on the grass. Garbage bins will also be located and available on left side of the home. Miscellaneous Supplies The master bedroom closet will include an ironing table and iron for the guests. Also provided are cleaning supplies and Vacuum/Swifter are available in case you need to clean any spills or for longer duration stays. Emergency Items The home has a first aid kit, flashlight, and fire extinguisher for emergency purposes located under the kitchen sink. Security Details The home is equipped with a Pool alarm on back slider upon exit to the pool from Dining area. The exterior is also equipped with Ring Floodlight cameras in front and back of the house for both tenant and owner security purposes. The entire property is open to you except for the locked owners supply closet located in the main hallway.
